Vegan tzatziki can be added to many different meals as a sauce; I also like to eat it as a dip with raw vegetables.

1 bio cucumber (shredded and the cucumber water drained (and drink it) good to drink!)
Juice from ½ - 1 lemon (all depending on size)
1 clove of garlic (cut into tiny cubes)
400 g (14 oz) soy yogurt
1 TS agave nectar or apple sweetener
2 TS olive oil
Fresh dill, parsley or coriander
Salt (optional)
