Every month, I spend hundreds of hours to compose this website. It takes a lot of time to research and describe those tools that can help empower people to be tenderhearted guardians for both their own and other people’s mental health.

I wish to keep this website free (and also ad-free!). But to do this, I need some help. If you find any joy and comfort in this labor of love, please consider supporting these efforts financially.

There are two options: you can consider becoming a Sustaining Partner with a recurring monthly donation. Or become a Spontaneous Supporter with a one-time donation of any amount. Your support matters and can help other people on their journeys to become themselves, tenderhearted guardians.

For donations of more than:

  • $8 or more – I’ll send stickers
  • $25 or more – I’ll send a pocket mirror and stickers
  • $25 or more – I’ll send a green bag and stickers
  • $35 or more – I’ll send a pocket mirror, a green bag, and stickers.

Just send me an email with your mailing address and what you wish to receive after you donate.

tenderhearted guardians is grateful to everyone who supports my work.

Donors who gift us with $500 or more will be added on here:
